Hello World!

I'm restarting my blog and starting anew. My goals for the next 150 days are:

  • Fitness
    • Reach 190 lbs my stableweight
    • 10 pullups
    • 8:00 mile
  • Competition
    • Participate in 2 Wrestling events
    • Blue belt in BJJ
    • Yellow Belt in Judo
    • Have 4 Boxing Fights
  • Nutrition
    • Cook my own meals
    • Eat at a calorific deficiet
    • No fast food

Joining some gyms for BJJ(10th planet Oakland), Boxing(King's Gym Oakland), Wrestling(UWC Hayward), and also FunctionalPatterns(FP Hayward)

Working on fundamental core movements to supplement my exercise
